You know you need enough protein to build muscle – and you have it needed for healthy hair, because hair consists mainly of proteins. Good Sources: Linseed. Lignans are naturally occurring in the outer skin, so buy ground whole of the seed in the healthy food department of your supermarket. The study participants were consuming 1 ½ teaspoon per day. For example, add flaxseed to cereal or smoothies.
