  • Delivery usually takes between 2-8 working days, although we see longer times due Brexit.
  • Shipping costs £19,95 (unfortunately, due to Brexit prices have gone up significantly)

In ‘ my account‘  you will be able to follow the status of your order, from processing all the way to delivered.

Returns

You have the right to cancel the order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. If you return the entire order, you will receive the purchase amount, including shipping costs. If you return part of your order, you will only receive the purchase amount of the returned items. If you have been able to use “free shipping” and the amount due to the return falls below the limit of free shipping, the shipping costs will still be settled. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. The costs vary but are usually between € 11.95 and € 17.95, depending on weight and the service used. If you make use of the right of withdrawal (right of dissolution), the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. After registering the return, the customer still has 14 days to actually return the package. The customer is currently responsible for the delivery to the webshop. The amount will be refunded to your CreditCard or Paypal account within 14 days.

Please note that some products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. When the packaging of such a product has been opened, or when it is unclear whether this product has been opened, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. For example, the plastic (cellophane) may not be removed. If in doubt, please contact us.
